Surah The Story [Al-Qasas] Ayah 88 Location Maccah Number 28
وَمَا كَانَ رَبُّكَ مُهۡلِكَ ٱلۡقُرَىٰ حَتَّىٰ يَبۡعَثَ فِيٓ أُمِّهَا رَسُولٗا يَتۡلُواْ عَلَيۡهِمۡ ءَايَٰتِنَاۚ وَمَا كُنَّا مُهۡلِكِي ٱلۡقُرَىٰٓ إِلَّا وَأَهۡلُهَا ظَٰلِمُونَ [٥٩]
你的主，不会毁灭各城市，直到他在首邑派遣一个使者，对各城市的居民宣读他的迹象。我不会毁灭各城市，除非城市里的居民多行不义。
