وَهُوَ ٱلۡقَاهِرُ فَوۡقَ عِبَادِهِۦۚ وَهُوَ ٱلۡحَكِيمُ ٱلۡخَبِيرُ [١٨]
他是在众仆之上宰制万物的。他是至睿的，是彻知的。
