Surah The cattle [Al-Anaam] Ayah 165 Location Maccah Number 6
ذَٰلِكَ أَن لَّمۡ يَكُن رَّبُّكَ مُهۡلِكَ ٱلۡقُرَىٰ بِظُلۡمٖ وَأَهۡلُهَا غَٰفِلُونَ [١٣١]
这是因为你的养主绝大会因〔他们的〕的不义而毁灭那些城镇，而它们的居民还处于昏愦之中。
