Surah Repentance [At-Taubah] Ayah 129 Location Madanah Number 9
لَا يَرۡقُبُونَ فِي مُؤۡمِنٍ إِلّٗا وَلَا ذِمَّةٗۚ وَأُوْلَٰٓئِكَ هُمُ ٱلۡمُعۡتَدُونَ [١٠]
他们对信士不顾戚谊，不重盟约。这等人确是过分的。
