Surah Repentance [At-Taubah] Ayah 129 Location Madanah Number 9
ثُمَّ يَتُوبُ ٱللَّهُ مِنۢ بَعۡدِ ذَٰلِكَ عَلَىٰ مَن يَشَآءُۗ وَٱللَّهُ غَفُورٞ رَّحِيمٞ [٢٧]
从那以后，他准许他所意欲者悔过自新。安拉是至赦的，是至慈的。
