Surah The night journey [Al-Isra] Ayah 111 Location Maccah Number 17
۞ وَقَضَىٰ رَبُّكَ أَلَّا تَعۡبُدُوٓاْ إِلَّآ إِيَّاهُ وَبِٱلۡوَٰلِدَيۡنِ إِحۡسَٰنًاۚ إِمَّا يَبۡلُغَنَّ عِندَكَ ٱلۡكِبَرَ أَحَدُهُمَآ أَوۡ كِلَاهُمَا فَلَا تَقُل لَّهُمَآ أُفّٖ وَلَا تَنۡهَرۡهُمَا وَقُل لَّهُمَا قَوۡلٗا كَرِيمٗا [٢٣]
Gospodar tvoj zapovijeda da samo Njega obožavate i da roditeljima dobročinstvo činite. Kad jedno od njih dvoje, ili oboje, kod tebe starost dožive, ne reci im ni: “Uh!” i ne podvikni na njih, i obraćaj im se riječima poštovanja punim.
