Surah Exile [Al-Hashr] Ayah 24 Location Madanah Number 59
مَا قَطَعۡتُم مِّن لِّينَةٍ أَوۡ تَرَكۡتُمُوهَا قَآئِمَةً عَلَىٰٓ أُصُولِهَا فَبِإِذۡنِ ٱللَّهِ وَلِيُخۡزِيَ ٱلۡفَٰسِقِينَ [٥]
5. Wat jullie (o gelovigen dan ook) omhakken van de palmbomen, of daarvan laten staan op hun wortels, was door de toestemming van Allah omdat Hij de verdorvenen mocht vernederen.
