Surah The Star [An-Najm] Ayah 62 Location Maccah Number 53
وَأَنَّهُۥ هُوَ أَضۡحَكَ وَأَبۡكَىٰ [٤٣]
43. And that it is He (Allâh) Who makes (whom He wills) laugh, and makes (whom He wills) weep.
