ءَأَنتُمۡ أَنزَلۡتُمُوهُ مِنَ ٱلۡمُزۡنِ أَمۡ نَحۡنُ ٱلۡمُنزِلُونَ [٦٩]
69. Is it you who cause it from the rain-clouds to come down, or are We the Causer of it to come down?
