Surah THE ANT [An-Naml] Ayah 93 Location Maccah Number 27
إِنَّكَ لَا تُسۡمِعُ ٱلۡمَوۡتَىٰ وَلَا تُسۡمِعُ ٱلصُّمَّ ٱلدُّعَآءَ إِذَا وَلَّوۡاْ مُدۡبِرِينَ [٨٠]
You cannot make the dead[26] hear, nor can you make the deaf hear the call when they turn their backs retreating.
