Surah The Romans [Ar-Room] Ayah 60 Location Maccah Number 30

ٱللَّهُ يَبۡدَؤُاْ ٱلۡخَلۡقَ ثُمَّ يُعِيدُهُۥ ثُمَّ إِلَيۡهِ تُرۡجَعُونَ [١١]

Allah brings the creation into being, then He will repeat it[5], then to Him you will be returned.
