هَٰذَا بَصَٰٓئِرُ لِلنَّاسِ وَهُدٗى وَرَحۡمَةٞ لِّقَوۡمٖ يُوقِنُونَ [٢٠]
This [Qur’an] is an insight for people; a guidance and mercy for people who are certain in faith.
