Surah The Cow [Al-Baqara] Ayah 286 Location Madanah Number 2
وَقَٰتِلُواْ فِي سَبِيلِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلَّذِينَ يُقَٰتِلُونَكُمۡ وَلَا تَعۡتَدُوٓاْۚ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ لَا يُحِبُّ ٱلۡمُعۡتَدِينَ [١٩٠]
(190) Fight in the way of Allāh those who fight against you but do not transgress. Indeed, Allāh does not like transgressors.
