Surah The Ascending stairways [Al-Maarij] Ayah 44 Location Maccah Number 70

فَلَآ أُقۡسِمُ بِرَبِّ ٱلۡمَشَٰرِقِ وَٱلۡمَغَٰرِبِ إِنَّا لَقَٰدِرُونَ [٤٠]

(40) So I swear by the Lord of [all] risings and settings[1758] that indeed We are able
