Surah The Mansions of the stars [Al-Burooj] Ayah 22 Location Maccah Number 85
إِنَّهُۥ هُوَ يُبۡدِئُ وَيُعِيدُ [١٣]
(13) Indeed, it is He who originates [creation] and repeats.
