Surah The City [Al-Balad] Ayah 20 Location Maccah Number 90
وَأَنتَ حِلُّۢ بِهَٰذَا ٱلۡبَلَدِ [٢]
(2) And you, [O Muḥammad], are free of restriction in this city –
