Surah The Clot [Al-Alaq] Ayah 19 Location Maccah Number 96
كَلَّا لَئِن لَّمۡ يَنتَهِ لَنَسۡفَعَۢا بِٱلنَّاصِيَةِ [١٥]
(15) No! If he does not desist, We will surely drag him by the forelock[1952] –
