Surah Jonah [Yunus] Ayah 109 Location Maccah Number 10
وَمَا كَانَ لِنَفۡسٍ أَن تُؤۡمِنَ إِلَّا بِإِذۡنِ ٱللَّهِۚ وَيَجۡعَلُ ٱلرِّجۡسَ عَلَى ٱلَّذِينَ لَا يَعۡقِلُونَ [١٠٠]
100. Il n’est donné à aucune âme de croire sans la permission d’Allah, Qui sévit terriblement contre ceux qui ne se rendent pas à la raison.
