وَهُوَ ٱلۡقَاهِرُ فَوۡقَ عِبَادِهِۦۚ وَهُوَ ٱلۡحَكِيمُ ٱلۡخَبِيرُ [١٨]
18. C’est Lui Qui, de haut, domine Ses serviteurs, et c’est Lui le Sage, le parfaitement Informé.
