وَهُوَ ٱلۡقَاهِرُ فَوۡقَ عِبَادِهِۦۚ وَهُوَ ٱلۡحَكِيمُ ٱلۡخَبِيرُ [١٨]
18 Il règne en Maître absolu sur Ses créatures. Il est le Dieu infiniment Sage qui connaît les réalités les mieux cachées.
