Surah Repentance [At-Taubah] Ayah 129 Location Madanah Number 9
إِنَّمَا يَسۡتَـٔۡذِنُكَ ٱلَّذِينَ لَا يُؤۡمِنُونَ بِٱللَّهِ وَٱلۡيَوۡمِ ٱلۡأٓخِرِ وَٱرۡتَابَتۡ قُلُوبُهُمۡ فَهُمۡ فِي رَيۡبِهِمۡ يَتَرَدَّدُونَ [٤٥]
45 Seuls te réclament cette dispense ceux qui ne croient ni en Allah, ni au Jour dernier, ceux qui, rongés par le doute, demeurent dans la plus grande incertitude[541].
