Surah Hud [Hud] Ayah 123 Location Maccah Number 11
۞ وَإِلَىٰ ثَمُودَ أَخَاهُمۡ صَٰلِحٗاۚ قَالَ يَٰقَوۡمِ ٱعۡبُدُواْ ٱللَّهَ مَا لَكُم مِّنۡ إِلَٰهٍ غَيۡرُهُۥۖ هُوَ أَنشَأَكُم مِّنَ ٱلۡأَرۡضِ وَٱسۡتَعۡمَرَكُمۡ فِيهَا فَٱسۡتَغۡفِرُوهُ ثُمَّ تُوبُوٓاْ إِلَيۡهِۚ إِنَّ رَبِّي قَرِيبٞ مُّجِيبٞ [٦١]
Und zu Thamud (sandten Wir) ihren Bruder Salih. Er sagte: „O mein Volk, dient Allah! Ihr habt keine (zu Recht angebetete) Gottheit außer Ihm. Er hat euch aus der Erde entstehen und euch sie besiedeln lassen. So bittet Ihn um Vergebung, hierauf bereut vor Ihm. Wahrlich, mein Herr ist nahe und erhört (die Bittgebete).“
