Surah Hud [Hud] Ayah 123 Location Maccah Number 11
قَالَ يَٰقَوۡمِ أَرَءَيۡتُمۡ إِن كُنتُ عَلَىٰ بَيِّنَةٖ مِّن رَّبِّي وَرَزَقَنِي مِنۡهُ رِزۡقًا حَسَنٗاۚ وَمَآ أُرِيدُ أَنۡ أُخَالِفَكُمۡ إِلَىٰ مَآ أَنۡهَىٰكُمۡ عَنۡهُۚ إِنۡ أُرِيدُ إِلَّا ٱلۡإِصۡلَٰحَ مَا ٱسۡتَطَعۡتُۚ وَمَا تَوۡفِيقِيٓ إِلَّا بِٱللَّهِۚ عَلَيۡهِ تَوَكَّلۡتُ وَإِلَيۡهِ أُنِيبُ [٨٨]
Er sagte: „O mein Volk, was meint ihr, wenn ich mich auf einem klaren Beweis von meinem Herrn befinde und Er mir eine gute Versorgung gewährt hat? Und ich will mich (dann in meinem Vorhaben) von euch nicht unterscheiden, indem ich das tue, was ich euch untersage. Ich will nur Besserung, soweit ich kann. Und mein Erfolg liegt nur bei Allah (allein). Auf Ihn verlasse ich mich, und Ihm wende ich mich reuig zu.
