Surah The Cow [Al-Baqara] Ayah 286 Location Madanah Number 2
وَٱسۡتَعِينُواْ بِٱلصَّبۡرِ وَٱلصَّلَوٰةِۚ وَإِنَّهَا لَكَبِيرَةٌ إِلَّا عَلَى ٱلۡخَٰشِعِينَ [٤٥]
Und sucht Beistand in der Geduld und im Gebet! Das ist ja gewiss schwer, außer für die (in Demut und Ergebung) Ehrfürchtigen,
