Surah The Story [Al-Qasas] Ayah 88 Location Maccah Number 28
وَكَمۡ أَهۡلَكۡنَا مِن قَرۡيَةِۭ بَطِرَتۡ مَعِيشَتَهَاۖ فَتِلۡكَ مَسَٰكِنُهُمۡ لَمۡ تُسۡكَن مِّنۢ بَعۡدِهِمۡ إِلَّا قَلِيلٗاۖ وَكُنَّا نَحۡنُ ٱلۡوَٰرِثِينَ [٥٨]
Und wie viele Ortschaften haben Wir schon vernichtet, die sich hochmütig ihres Lebensunterhaltes erfreuten! Dies sind nun ihre Wohnstätten, die nach ihnen nicht mehr bewohnt wurden, bis auf wenige. Und Wir sind es, die Erben (all dessen) geworden sind.
