Surah The Women [An-Nisa] Ayah 176 Location Madanah Number 4
وَلِكُلّٖ جَعَلۡنَا مَوَٰلِيَ مِمَّا تَرَكَ ٱلۡوَٰلِدَانِ وَٱلۡأَقۡرَبُونَۚ وَٱلَّذِينَ عَقَدَتۡ أَيۡمَٰنُكُمۡ فَـَٔاتُوهُمۡ نَصِيبَهُمۡۚ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ كَانَ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَيۡءٖ شَهِيدًا [٣٣]
Und einem jeden haben Wir Erbberechtigte bestimmt für das, was die (beiden) Eltern und nächsten Verwandten hinterlassen. Diejenigen, mit denen eure rechte Hand eine Abmachung getroffen hat, so gebt ihnen ihren Anteil. Wahrlich, Allah ist über alles Zeuge.
