Surah The Table Spread [Al-Maeda] Ayah 120 Location Madanah Number 5
وَقَفَّيۡنَا عَلَىٰٓ ءَاثَٰرِهِم بِعِيسَى ٱبۡنِ مَرۡيَمَ مُصَدِّقٗا لِّمَا بَيۡنَ يَدَيۡهِ مِنَ ٱلتَّوۡرَىٰةِۖ وَءَاتَيۡنَٰهُ ٱلۡإِنجِيلَ فِيهِ هُدٗى وَنُورٞ وَمُصَدِّقٗا لِّمَا بَيۡنَ يَدَيۡهِ مِنَ ٱلتَّوۡرَىٰةِ وَهُدٗى وَمَوۡعِظَةٗ لِّلۡمُتَّقِينَ [٤٦]
Und Wir ließen auf ihren Spuren 'Isa, den Sohn Maryams, folgen, das bestätigend, was von der Thora vor ihm (offenbart) war; und Wir gaben ihm das Evangelium, in dem Rechtleitung und Licht sind, das bestätigend, was von der Thora vor ihm (offenbart) war, und als Rechtleitung und Ermahnung für die Gottesfürchtigen.
