Surah Spoils of war, booty [Al-Anfal] Ayah 75 Location Madanah Number 8
ذَٰلِكَ بِأَنَّ ٱللَّهَ لَمۡ يَكُ مُغَيِّرٗا نِّعۡمَةً أَنۡعَمَهَا عَلَىٰ قَوۡمٍ حَتَّىٰ يُغَيِّرُواْ مَا بِأَنفُسِهِمۡ وَأَنَّ ٱللَّهَ سَمِيعٌ عَلِيمٞ [٥٣]
Dies(e Strafe kommt zustande), weil Allah niemals eine Gunstgabe, die Er einem Volk erwiesen hat, ändert, bis sie das ändern, was in ihnen selbst ist, und weil Allah allhörend und allwissend ist.
