قَالُواْ يَٰذَا ٱلۡقَرۡنَيۡنِ إِنَّ يَأۡجُوجَ وَمَأۡجُوجَ مُفۡسِدُونَ فِي ٱلۡأَرۡضِ فَهَلۡ نَجۡعَلُ لَكَ خَرۡجًا عَلَىٰٓ أَن تَجۡعَلَ بَيۡنَنَا وَبَيۡنَهُمۡ سَدّٗا [٩٤]
彼らは言った[1]。「ズル＝カルナイン*よ、本当にヤァジュージュとマァジュージュ[2]は、地上で腐敗*を働いています。あなたに報酬を差し上げますから、私たちと彼らの間に障壁を築いては頂けないでしょうか？」
