Surah The Story [Al-Qasas] Ayah 88 Location Maccah Number 28
وَلَقَدۡ ءَاتَيۡنَا مُوسَى ٱلۡكِتَٰبَ مِنۢ بَعۡدِ مَآ أَهۡلَكۡنَا ٱلۡقُرُونَ ٱلۡأُولَىٰ بَصَآئِرَ لِلنَّاسِ وَهُدٗى وَرَحۡمَةٗ لَّعَلَّهُمۡ يَتَذَكَّرُونَ [٤٣]
われら*は確かに、先の（幾多の）世代を滅ぼした後、ムーサー*に啓典（トーラー*）を授けた。人々への開眼[1]と、導き、慈悲として、彼らが教訓を得るようにと（、それを授けたのである）。
