قَالَا رَبَّنَا ظَلَمۡنَآ أَنفُسَنَا وَإِن لَّمۡ تَغۡفِرۡ لَنَا وَتَرۡحَمۡنَا لَنَكُونَنَّ مِنَ ٱلۡخَٰسِرِينَ [٢٣]
គេទាំងពីរបានបួងសួងថា៖ បរពិត្រព្រះជាម្ចាស់នៃយើងខ្ញុំ! យើងខ្ញុំបានបំពានលើខ្លួនឯងហើយ។ ប្រសិនបើព្រះអង្គមិនអភ័យទោស និងមិនមានក្តីមេត្តាដល់យើងខ្ញុំទេនោះ ច្បាស់ជាយើងខ្ញុំនឹងស្ថិតក្នុងចំណោមពួកដែលខាតបង់ជាមិនខាន។
