فَقَدَرۡنَا فَنِعۡمَ ٱلۡقَٰدِرُونَ [٢٣]
ហើយយើងបានកំណត់(នូវលក្ខណៈរបស់វា)។ ជាការពិតណាស់ យើងជាអ្នកកំណត់ដ៏ប្រសើរបំផុត។
