يُعَذِّبُ مَن يَشَآءُ وَيَرۡحَمُ مَن يَشَآءُۖ وَإِلَيۡهِ تُقۡلَبُونَ [٢١]
او تعالی هر کس را بخواهد، عذاب میکند و بر هر کس که بخواهد، رحمت میآورد؛ و [همگی] به سویش بازگردانده میشوید.
