هَٰذَا بَيَانٞ لِّلنَّاسِ وَهُدٗى وَمَوۡعِظَةٞ لِّلۡمُتَّقِينَ [١٣٨]
این [قرآن،] بیانی آشکار برای مردم و هدایت و اندرزی برای پرهیزگاران است.
