يُعَذِّبُ مَن يَشَآءُ وَيَرۡحَمُ مَن يَشَآءُۖ وَإِلَيۡهِ تُقۡلَبُونَ [٢١]
Ele castiga a quem quer e tem misericórdia de quem quer, e a Ele sereis tornados.
