Surah Joseph [Yusuf] Ayah 111 Location Maccah Number 12
۞ وَمَآ أُبَرِّئُ نَفۡسِيٓۚ إِنَّ ٱلنَّفۡسَ لَأَمَّارَةُۢ بِٱلسُّوٓءِ إِلَّا مَا رَحِمَ رَبِّيٓۚ إِنَّ رَبِّي غَفُورٞ رَّحِيمٞ [٥٣]
53਼ ਯੂਸੁਫ਼ ਨੇ ਆਖਿਆ ਕਿ ਮੈਂ ਆਪਣੇ ਮਨ ਨੂੰ ਪਵਿੱਤਰ ਸਿੱਧ ਕਰਨਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਚਾਹੁੰਦਾ ਜਦ ਕਿ ਮਨ ਤਾਂ ਬੁਰਾਈ ਵੱਲ ਹੀ ਪ੍ਰੇਰਦਾ ਹੈ। ਮੇਰਾ ਪਾਲਣਹਾਰ ਹੀ ਜਿਸ ’ਤੇ ਮਿਹਰਾਂ ਕਰੇ (ਓਹੀਓ ਬੁਰਾਈਆਂ ਤੋਂ ਬਚਦਾ ਹੈ)। ਬੇਸ਼ੱਕ ਮੇਰਾ ਰੱਬ ਬੜਾ ਹੀ ਬਖ਼ਸ਼ਣਹਾਰ ਤੇ ਮਿਹਰਬਾਨ ਹੈ।
