Surah The Standard [Al-Furqan] Ayah 77 Location Maccah Number 25
وَإِذَا قِيلَ لَهُمُ ٱسۡجُدُواْۤ لِلرَّحۡمَٰنِ قَالُواْ وَمَا ٱلرَّحۡمَٰنُ أَنَسۡجُدُ لِمَا تَأۡمُرُنَا وَزَادَهُمۡ نُفُورٗا۩ [٦٠]
ਜਦੋਂ ਉਹਨਾਂ (ਕਾਫ਼ਿਰਾਂ) ਨੂੰ ਕਿਹਾ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਰਹਿਮਾਨ ਨੂੰ ਸਿਜਦਾ ਕਰੋ ਤਾਂ ਪੁੱਛਦੇ ਹਨ ਕਿ ਰਹਿਮਾਨ ਕੌਣ ਹੈ? ਕੀ ਅਸੀਂ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਸਿਜਦਾ ਕਰੀਏ ਜਿਸ ਦਾ ਹੁਕਮ ਤੁਸੀਂ (ਮੁਹੰਮਦ ਸ:) ਸਾਨੂੰ ਦੇ ਰਹੇ ਹੋ? ਇਸ ਗੱਲ ਨੇ ਤਾਂ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਦੀ ਘਿਰਨਾਂ ਵਿਚ ਵਧੇਰੇ ਵਾਧਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ।
