إِلَّا مَن تَوَلَّىٰ وَكَفَرَ [٢٣]
23਼ ਹਾਂ ਜਿਸ ਵਿਅਕਤੀ ਨੇ (ਤੁਹਾਡੀ ਨਸੀਹਤ ਤੋਂ) ਮੂੰਹ ਮੋੜ੍ਹਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਇਨਕਾਰ ਕੀਤਾ।
