Surah The Romans [Ar-Room] Ayah 60 Location Maccah Number 30
ٱللَّهُ ٱلَّذِي يُرۡسِلُ ٱلرِّيَٰحَ فَتُثِيرُ سَحَابٗا فَيَبۡسُطُهُۥ فِي ٱلسَّمَآءِ كَيۡفَ يَشَآءُ وَيَجۡعَلُهُۥ كِسَفٗا فَتَرَى ٱلۡوَدۡقَ يَخۡرُجُ مِنۡ خِلَٰلِهِۦۖ فَإِذَآ أَصَابَ بِهِۦ مَن يَشَآءُ مِنۡ عِبَادِهِۦٓ إِذَا هُمۡ يَسۡتَبۡشِرُونَ [٤٨]
Allah este Cel care trimite vânturile și ele ridică Nori, iar El îi risipește pe Cer, așa după cum Voiește, și îi face pe ei bucăți și vezi atunci ploaia cum iese din mijlocul lor. Iar când îi atinge cu ea pe cine Voiește El dintre robii Săi, iată-i pe ei cum se bucură,
