Surah Council, Consultation [Ash-Shura] Ayah 53 Location Maccah Number 42
وَهُوَ ٱلَّذِي يُنَزِّلُ ٱلۡغَيۡثَ مِنۢ بَعۡدِ مَا قَنَطُواْ وَيَنشُرُ رَحۡمَتَهُۥۚ وَهُوَ ٱلۡوَلِيُّ ٱلۡحَمِيدُ [٢٨]
El este Cel care pogoară ploaia, după ce ei au fost deznădăjduiți, și întinde Îndurarea Sa. El este Al-Ualiyy [Ocrotitor] [și] Al-Hamid [Vrednic de Laudă].
