وَهُوَ ٱلۡقَاهِرُ فَوۡقَ عِبَادِهِۦۚ وَهُوَ ٱلۡحَكِيمُ ٱلۡخَبِيرُ [١٨]

El este Al-Qahir [Stăpânul Suprem] peste robii Lui și El este Al-Hakim [Înțeleptul] [și] Al-Khabir [Bine Știutorul].
