Surah Repentance [At-Taubah] Ayah 129 Location Madanah Number 9

لَا يَرۡقُبُونَ فِي مُؤۡمِنٍ إِلّٗا وَلَا ذِمَّةٗۚ وَأُوْلَٰٓئِكَ هُمُ ٱلۡمُعۡتَدُونَ [١٠]

Ei nu păzesc față de un credincios nici rudenie, nici legământ, iar aceștia sunt cei care întrec măsura în nelegiuirea lor.
