يُعَذِّبُ مَن يَشَآءُ وَيَرۡحَمُ مَن يَشَآءُۖ وَإِلَيۡهِ تُقۡلَبُونَ [٢١]
21. Castiga a quien Él quiere y se apiada de quien Él quiere. Ante Él serán retornados.
