Surah The Forgiver [Ghafir] Ayah 85 Location Maccah Number 40
ذَٰلِكَ بِأَنَّهُمۡ كَانَت تَّأۡتِيهِمۡ رُسُلُهُم بِٱلۡبَيِّنَٰتِ فَكَفَرُواْ فَأَخَذَهُمُ ٱللَّهُۚ إِنَّهُۥ قَوِيّٞ شَدِيدُ ٱلۡعِقَابِ [٢٢]
22. Esto [fue lo que merecieron] porque se les presentaron sus Mensajeros con las pruebas claras, pero los rechazaron y entonces Dios los castigó. Él es Fortísimo y severo al castigar.
