وَهُوَ ٱلۡقَاهِرُ فَوۡقَ عِبَادِهِۦۚ وَهُوَ ٱلۡحَكِيمُ ٱلۡخَبِيرُ [١٨]
18. Él tiene total dominio sobre Sus siervos, y Él es el Sabio, el Conocedor.
