يُعَذِّبُ مَن يَشَآءُ وَيَرۡحَمُ مَن يَشَآءُۖ وَإِلَيۡهِ تُقۡلَبُونَ [٢١]
21. (Al-lah) castiga a quien quiere y se apiada de quien quiere; y a Él regresarán (para ser juzgados).
