Surah The heights [Al-Araf] Ayah 206 Location Maccah Number 7
۞ هُوَ ٱلَّذِي خَلَقَكُم مِّن نَّفۡسٖ وَٰحِدَةٖ وَجَعَلَ مِنۡهَا زَوۡجَهَا لِيَسۡكُنَ إِلَيۡهَاۖ فَلَمَّا تَغَشَّىٰهَا حَمَلَتۡ حَمۡلًا خَفِيفٗا فَمَرَّتۡ بِهِۦۖ فَلَمَّآ أَثۡقَلَت دَّعَوَا ٱللَّهَ رَبَّهُمَا لَئِنۡ ءَاتَيۡتَنَا صَٰلِحٗا لَّنَكُونَنَّ مِنَ ٱلشَّٰكِرِينَ [١٨٩]
189. Él es Quien los creó (la primera vez) a partir de un solo ser (Adán) y creó de él a su pareja para que conviviera con ella y encontrara en ella refugio y sosiego. Y cuando (el hombre) cubre[271] a la mujer esta concibe una carga ligera al principio y (el embarazo) prosigue su curso. Pero cuando la carga se vuelve pesada, ambos (temen por su futuro hijo y) ruegan a Al-lah, su Señor, diciendo: “Si nos das un hijo sano, seremos de los agradecidos”.
