وَهُوَ ٱلَّذِي يُنَزِّلُ ٱلۡغَيۡثَ مِنۢ بَعۡدِ مَا قَنَطُواْ وَيَنشُرُ رَحۡمَتَهُۥۚ وَهُوَ ٱلۡوَلِيُّ ٱلۡحَمِيدُ [٢٨]
Naye ndiye anaye iteremsha mvua baada ya wao kwisha kata tamaa, na hueneza rehema yake. Naye ndiye Mlinzi Mwenye kuhimidiwa. [28]
