Surah The Cow [Al-Baqara] Ayah 286 Location Madanah Number 2
وَٱسۡتَعِينُواْ بِٱلصَّبۡرِ وَٱلصَّلَوٰةِۚ وَإِنَّهَا لَكَبِيرَةٌ إِلَّا عَلَى ٱلۡخَٰشِعِينَ [٤٥]
Sök hjälp genom tålamod och bön; och den är ytterst betungande, förutom för dem vars hjärtan ödmjukar sig [inför Gud] –
