Surah The Story [Al-Qasas] Ayah 88 Location Maccah Number 28
وَمَا كَانَ رَبُّكَ مُهۡلِكَ ٱلۡقُرَىٰ حَتَّىٰ يَبۡعَثَ فِيٓ أُمِّهَا رَسُولٗا يَتۡلُواْ عَلَيۡهِمۡ ءَايَٰتِنَاۚ وَمَا كُنَّا مُهۡلِكِي ٱلۡقُرَىٰٓ إِلَّا وَأَهۡلُهَا ظَٰلِمُونَ [٥٩]
Din Herre skulle aldrig förinta ett samhälle utan att först ha skickat ett sändebud till deras huvudort för att recitera våra budskap för dem. Och vi förintar endast samhällen vars invånare är djupt orättfärdiga.
